JDR CONTRACTING INC. is a remodeling and home repair organization that offers a variety of home design, renovation and repair services using only quality products and materials as well as quality and detailed workmanship. Being that JDR CONTRACTING is a smaller specialty remodeling company, we focus on each project from the beginning phase through the construction process to completion assuring the home owner that the project runs smoothly from beginning to end; the owner of JDR CONTRACTING also handles the estimates, customer service, and is on the job, either doing most or all of the work, or overseeing the project on a daily basis assuring the highest standards are being adhered to at all times. At JDR CONTRACTING no project is to big or to small; and we work throughout the greater phoenix area. The owner of JDR CONTRACTING, Jeff Roche, has been in the construction industry specifically residential construction for approximatly 19 years, starting as an employee for various companies learning various trades and aspects in the residential construction business. During this time he learned the difference between doing things right and doing things wrong, which included dealing with customers in a honest,ethical, and respectful manor by delivering a quality product at a fair price. When a budget and job cost is established by JDR CONTRACTING for a project and is presented to the home owner that is the price that the home owner will pay, there are no hidden or "surprise charges" that pop up during construction, with the exception of any changes or additions that are made by the home owner, resulting in additional labor and/or materials; which will be discussed and agreed upon by the home owner and JDR CONTRACTING INC. Projects are also completed in a timely fashion, as an estimated time frame is always established prior to the start of the project. Of course there are always unforseen circumstances that delay every project, but at JDR CONTRACTING we work very hard to keep most of these circumstances to a minimum. When we start a project we are on it every day until it is finished making that project our highest priority.
