I started in Dallas, Texas working for my 4 uncles in roofingduring a hail storm along with brothers, cousins and whole lot of roofers and repairman. In 1990 I moved to Denver when the largest hailstorm in Denver's history hit. I transitioned to sales and supervising and for a young man I did well. The next 7 years I worked inmastering all aspects of roofing. In 1997 I opened Tri-Star Roofing and spent the rest of the time putting on roofs that are done right andhaving 1000's satisfied customers. All my sales reps manage their jobs and must know all products installation and supervise the job, thisis the recipe for a roofing company to give the best outcome.
