Denny & Mary Anne Woelfel Help Le Center Grow! The next time you take a leisurely drive around Le Center, you will likely see the progress being made in housing developments. Woelfel Building Construction , Inc. has helped Le Center grow over the past few years by opening up two new residential hosuing additions to the city. We've been in the business of building homes for over 52 years. In 2001 we purchased local land, made the improvements and opened up the Ahcita addition. When Ahcita opened in spring of 2002, there were 14 lots available. Some of those were earmarked for townhomes and others for single family dwellings. In 2003 the Woelfel's develop their second housing addition, Wood Edge. The lots are spacious and attractive and will accommodate a variety of different houses plans. Currently in Woods Edge there are 14 single family lots and 12 town home lots. Our local schools, city and county are benefited by developing land within the Le Center community. We also work with all local subcontractors, which contributes to the local economy. We are also developing lots in the Cleveland and German Lakes areas. In addition to being new home construction builders we also do the every day jobs. We remodel existing homes, build new additions, garages & decks and install siding & windows. We do all kinds of repair work, big and small. We have great pride in our Le Center community. We live here and work and feel strongly that we have a responsibility to give back to the community through various organizations that we are part of. We feel that we have an obligation to return to the community many of the benefits that we have received.
