Sprague Roofing Company is a GAF Materials Corporation Master Select Roofing Contractor ( MSRC ), utilizing all of GAF's commercial roofing products and guarantees, including GAFGLAS Built Up Roofing, Ruberoid Modified Bitumen, Everguard Heat Weldable Thermoplastic Systems, and Topcoat Liquid Applied Roofing Systems for metal roofing. Sprague Roofing Company is a Performance Approved Contractor ( PAC ) as certified by Performance Roof Systems ( PRS ). This allows us to incorporate all of the Derbigum/Derbicolor roofing materials and guarantees, including the APP Cold Applied Modified Bitumen System, where we utilize our new state-of-the-art adhesive spray applicator.
